true i feel at this point he should either accept it as fact or at least change his reactions. If the author feels the need to show goddamn op and shocking the mc is there are other ways like the enemy reactions or the bystanders even better if they just and in effects and show the surrounding change due to their power or something but even then most readers should be able to tell how op and shocking it is and we dont need a constant reminder through his first disciple.
