Seiya Tonami, a company employee in his thirties, has a routine — spending his Friday nights quietly drinking alone at his favorite standing bar. But one day, after stepping in to help a university girl who was being hit on, his peaceful evenings start to change. From that day on, they begin sharing drinks side by side. They talk about little discoveries, light complaints, and everyday moments — nothing special, yet her smile beside him makes those Friday nights something to look forward to.
