Sort of generic, but at least it’s not a “turno out he was the strongest…” kind of story.
At least in this case, he has a skill much more useful than violence.
If i had to guess, the desert could be the middle point in a yet to be developed path. Unlike Jura Tempest federation, I would like to see the MC develop a commercial hub, with the proper limitations.
