A mother of three tragically dies of illness in Japan, only to awaken mid-labor in another world! She discovers she has been reincarnated as Cynthia, the infamous villainess from a fantasy novel she read before dying, and is currently giving birth to her son, Aidan. In the original book, Cynthia abuses Aidan, leading to her own execution and a tragic life for her son. Driven by her innate motherly love and the sheer cuteness of her new baby, Cynthia vows to rewrite fate and give Aidan the happiest upbringing possible. While her husband acts strangely suspicious and harbors an intensely heavy, suffocating devotion toward her, Cynthia is determined to steer her villainess life toward a peaceful, heartwarming "Happy End."
